Bucket in a Basket My first published book of poetry! Called 'Hormones and Other Teenage Hazards' Oh my gosh guys, I’m so excited. This is a book of my poetry, separated by moods. I really hope you go take a look and check it out. :) Here’s a sample. (I’ll probably give a few more samples) Even if you don’t go to the link, please tell me what you think! (Haha, rhyming)
The raw breath of air,
Reverberates the skin,
Pulsing as you run,
Running from your sin,
The sun comes over the trees,
Frost glitters in your wake,
The crunching stops on the leaves,
You breathe and start to shake,
Collapsing you feel them there,
You cry into your hands,
A feeling of a hundred years,
The shimmer turns to sand,
Pick up the grains and mold them,
Mold them into shape,
Erase your mistakes, life anew,
Heat ebbing for your sake,
Crying or not, stop your lies,
Take back what you’ve done,
This beautiful time can be yours,
Don’t act as if your shunned (Source: live--love--fitness) Great. Having to stop 30 day shred. Stupid knee. So, my knee started hurting. I’ve already had a problem with one of my knees but it started hurting again. I can’t decide if it was the workout that messed it up like others who have done her video, or if it’s just because I stepped wrong. So, heads up. Watch your knees, especially if they’re already bad. (Source: healthiness-happiness, via hayleyisag00n) (Source: iluvworkout) I liked this lol (Source: iluvworkout) (Source: iluvworkout) Butt of a thousand Greek Gods and skinny girl smack. First, I’d like to say cheers to being healthy. Not cheers to being skeletons. Today’s society is based on this certain ‘image’ that you can’t obtain without starving yourself, or doing something wrong in your health. If looking like that is what makes you happy, then go for it. It’s kinda sad though to see a majority of girls try and go for that image. Why not just lose weight until your comfortable with yourself? Why do you have to look like anyone else?
So, last night I didn’t do day 6 of 30 day shred because I went to the movies and got home at 1. But i’m counting today as day 6 and i’m going to finish. Nothing will stop me :D Especially when I looked in the mirror yesterday at my naked backside and realized what buttkicks can do. My prayers to J-Lo have been answered! If only I could share a picture of my butt in my before and after pics and it not be considered wrong. lol. skinnylittlem0nsters:

| | ARCHIVE RANDOM RSSI'm here to share and hopefully help people. That's right. You're not alone. There are overweight teens other than you. I'm one of them. And you know what? You don't have to be a teen to get some ideas from my blog. (Not that i'm an expert or anything) I am 16 years old. In January I weighed 256 pounds and have for about a year before that. I decided to make a change and lose some weight. After all, my colorguard pictures looked horrible and let's face it: i'm the biggest one on the team. Performing at football games isn't a huge thrill when all you can think about is the too-tight uniform. My mom wanted to lose some weight too and she discovered myfitnesspal.com I've lost 27 pounds on it since then with several plateaus. (I'll blog about why) But anyway, I've lost 27! It's amazing! I'm here to help others while going through my own journey because I didn't think I could do it either. But you can. |
